7 NIGHTS
A seven-night stay is ideal for people who want to recharge their batteries and strengthen their defences in a short space of time.
FROM 10 NIGHTS
For guests focusing on prevention, weight reduction or minimising individual risk factors, we recommend a stay of ten nights or more. If repeated annually, this can have a natural ‘anti-ageing’ effect.
14 NIGHTS OR MORE
In the case of acute or chronic illnesses, a longer stay offers the opportunity to give the body a comprehensive restart. In order to achieve long-term health benefits, our doctors recommend a stay of at least 14 nights.
Longer periods of fasting allow the body to undergo profound cleansing and regeneration processes, which can lead to lasting better health results.
