Our offerings vary daily in the Do-Rest rhythm and change weekly. They include movement therapy and fitness, mindfulness and relaxation, lectures, creative activities, spiritual and psychotherapeutic sessions, as well as wellness treatments.
MOVEMENT
Gentle forms of exercise such as yoga, light Pilates, or walking support the body during fasting. They promote circulation, aid detoxification by stimulating metabolism and the cardiovascular system, and help reduce stress.

HYDRO- & COLONTHERAPY
In addition to therapeutic treatments, various water applications based on Kneipp therapy and the Weckbecker colon bath (colon therapy) support the fasting process at the Malteser Klinik von Weckbecker. These therapies are an integral part of Weckbecker’s holistic fasting approach.
