MINDFULNESS IN EVERYDAY LIFE
Regain inner balance, stop the carousel of thoughts, act more calmly and reflectively - even in everyday stress and challenging situations. Through practical exercises, dialogue and background knowledge, you will learn about the mindfulness mindset, a special form of attention to yourself and your surroundings. Practise ‘being mindful’ in different contexts (movement, conversation, silence) and experience the stress-reducing and health-promoting effects. Based on the methods of MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) according to Jon Kabat-Zinn and contemplative meditation according to Franz Jalics SJ.
