TREATMENTS AND APPLICATIONS
OUR OFFER: MASSAGES
Massages during a fasting cure support the body in many ways. They promote blood circulation and lymph flow, which supports the removal of metabolic waste, and can alleviate typical fasting complaints such as headaches or muscle pain. They also help to reduce stress and increase general well-being, which is particularly important during fasting. Targeted massages can also stimulate the digestive system, which makes the fasting process easier overall and promotes the regeneration of the body. Massages therefore help to make the fasting experience more pleasant and effective.
Massages
Classic Massage
During a classic massage, special techniques are used to relieve muscular tension and promote relaxation. A great way to forget stress and reduce pain.
Connective tissue massage
Connective tissue is an often underestimated regulatory system. It is the control centre between the supply of nutrients and the removal of harmful substances, e.g. for muscles and organs. By stimulating this sensitive system, these functions can be supported and stimulated very well via nerve reflexes - an ideal supplement to a fasting and alkalising cure.
Cupping massage
During cupping, small glass bells are placed on the areas of skin to be treated, in which a vacuum is created. The suction pressure significantly promotes blood circulation in the underlying tissues, and the reflexes also have a positive effect on the function of the internal organs. A wonderful addition to the general treatment of tension and reflex zones.
Foot reflexology massage
It stimulates and balances. Due to pain, organic dysfunctions or general discomfort, people involuntarily adopt a specific (protective) posture, which ultimately has to be balanced by the feet. As a result, the same muscles in the foot and calf are always used, which harden due to regular overloading. This allows the therapist to draw conclusions about the problem. If these hardenings are released, chronic problems can also be significantly improved. A great option for co-treatment of any pain problem and internal dysfunctions.
Shiatsu-Massage
Shiatsu - literally translated as ‘finger pressure’ - is a manual treatment method from Japan. Discreet pressure is applied to the energy channels (= meridians) with the hands, harmoniously releasing blockages that impair the flow of energy. This can both alleviate pain and promote relaxation.
Massage according to Breuss
The energetic stroking massage with St John's wort oil causes deep relaxation throughout the entire body. Particularly suitable for people with a heavy workload and stress - especially for chronic and acute back pain and as preparation for Dorn therapy.
Acupuncture massage according to Penzel
It balances energetic imbalances in a harmonising way. It is particularly suitable for pain syndromes and functional complaints such as sleep disorders and inner restlessness.
Colon massage
Here, the colon is supported and relieved in its work by special hand movements. A must for supporting colon therapy and for people with problems relating to the digestive tract.
